Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

Ship the package to the designated address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process a refund or send a replacement.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or fulfillment errors.
